Riverside Estates was started in the late 1980's. Building continued for about 10 years until the neighborhood was completed. It is located at the end of Old Russellville Pike in the St. Bethlehem area. It is near the Red River and adjacent to Willow Bend Subdivision. There is farmlard next to the subdivision and this brings deer and turkey into the area.
Homes are very modestly priced in Riverside Estates. You can find a starting price range in the low $100,000's. There are a few homes that are priced into the $200,000's. Many of the home sizes are smaller with the smallest being about 1200-1300 sq. ft.
This is located in the city limits and good news for many is that there is not an HOA. 
The schools are St. Bethlehem Elementary, Burt Elementary, Rossview Middle and Rossview High Schools. For more information on the schools and bus services go to their website.
